| BEST SAUCE EVER!!!!
We purchaed a bottle of the original sauce at a flea market here in Evansville, In. And I must say... WOW!!! I have digestive issues and was hesitent to try it but I took the sample and had NO problems... I'm picky with sauce as it is and we have about 12 bottles of different sauces in our fridge as I type..but no High Sierra! Why you ask? Because my happy self consumed the entire bottle within two days of purchase. Oddly enough it was used dipping puffy cheetos in it! Best snack ever!! The next flea market we are going to have to pick up a few more bottles! I didn't get the chance to try it on other things!:-) Best ever and I'm soooooo glad I took the chance on trying it! Thanks!

| Better than Sweet Baby Ray's
I tried your BBQ sauce this past weekend at the gunshow at the Knoxville Expo Center in Knoxville Tennessee. I was hesitant at first to try the spicy, because I have a sensitive stomach, but I did and I ended up eating two plates of it with the chips. The hot dogs are wonderful, and as a dip for chips, never would have thought of that. I had to go get my husband so he could try it, and he loved it too. The whole family does. Our favorite sauce used to be Sweet Baby Ray's, that was the best we could find in the stores, well that was until we tried this. No more Sweet Baby Ray's for this house. I ended up with a half gallon of the original and a bottle of the rub.
I hope I can find you when I run out, because around here it won't last long. Thanks for the hopitality, and the great, awesome samples. My kids can't wait to grill, they loved it.

| This by far is the best barbeque
sauce I have ever eaten. My fiancee and I eat it
on everything. We ran out of Ketchup once and
substituted with high Sierra barbeque sauce. It was
the best meat loaf I have ever eaten. We are not
even using ketchup anymore. The taste is
uncomparable to any other sauce. We will be ordering for
family and friends from now on as gifts.

| I have to say this is the best sauce I have ever had.
I love both sauces but the spicy has just the right heat that I love.
It's so good on french fries. Who says french fries need ketchup when
you have High Sierra Sauce. And I did sneak a taste out of the bottle.
It taste good enough to eat without being on anything. I think Kentucky
stores should get this sauce.And one close to me especially.

| We found High Sierra barbecue sauce at the flea market in Louisville, KY about a year ago.
Every time there is another flea market, we make the 40 mile trip to buy some!!!
We fixed pork chops on the grill one night and my husband took a plate to his dad.
He said he didn't care for BBQ sauce. Robbie made him try it. He LOVED it!
Guess he likes BBQ sauce now. At least the BEST!!

I ran across this sauce at the Knoxville Expo Center. Ended up buying 4 jugs. I do many different types of bbq on the smokers from ribs, pork butts to smoked meatloaf and seafood. This is the best I have ever used. I will be using this in my catering jobs from now on. Used it tonight in a smoked meatloaf and it melted in your mouth!!! | My wife typically does not like
barbeque sauce all that much. We had a booth set
up just a few booths down from the barbeque sauce
booth at the dogwood festival in winchester. My
wife and little boy tried the sauce and she fell
in love with it. She let me try it and we just
had to get some of the sauce. After we got home
we went through the sauce in a matter of just a
week. Eating in on everything from hot dogs to
hamburgers and chicken. I will never buy another
barbeque sauce period. Hope your business is
great. I,m not sure if you remember us or not but
you fixed my son a hot dog one of the days for

| Best Sauce Ever ! As I sit here trying to think of what to say about this sauce. I realize that there is no words to explain how good this sauce is. The day that I tried this sauce, I thought that it would be just the same oh barbecue sauce taste. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! | Hey, I just dropped by the High Sierra booth again at the Louisville Flea Market to pick up another
half gallon of the High Sierra Spicy Sauce. Ever since I tried it several years ago, my wife and I won't pass up an opportunity
to pick up some sauce whether it be in Kentucky or Tennessee. I just wish the stores would see the light and start stocking it.
I believe the demand for it would be incredible once the general public was tuned in to this remarkable sauce. George at the booth

| I first heard of High Sierra at the RC Cola Moon Pie festival this past weekend (6-19-10) My 5 year old daughter is very picky and she just wanted a bottle of the spicy sauce with a spoon for her lunch. I bought a few bottles and tried it on Baby Back Ribs for Fathers Day the next day and I must say "AWESOME".
This is the best and I will be trying on more types of meat very soon if I can keep my daughter from eating it all.

No words can describe the delightful taste sensation of this wonderful product! It is most certainly unlike any BBQ sauce out there; better than A1 or any of the supermarket brand BBQ sauces! | I LOVE THIS SAUCE! I will buy the Spicy Private 95 anytime the Flea Market is in town. My wife will tell you that I'm a very harsh food critic, and even harder to please with my Barbecue. I've been cooking professionally for 13yrs and have worked under international chefs, run restraunts, and catered meals for parties of over 1,000 people.
To sum it up: in the food game, I've been around!.... Super Bowl sunday I prepared the best grilled chicken I've ever made....ever. I've made BBQ chicken thousands of times, so this distiction doesn't come lightly. I did a little more than just throw the sauce on, but 90% of the taste came from my bottle of High Sierra Spicy....It's the only sauce

| My wife and I saw the High Sierra booth at the Nashville flea market. They had stop selling the barbecue sauce we were using in the store so we thought we would give them a try and bought a little bottle. Now all we buy from them is a Gallon a month and two rubs.We us the rub on everything we eat even spaghetti.(Thanks for the spaghetti tip Vantrice).

| Just smoked a Boston Butt and made pulled pork with it..Used your High Sierra Barbecue Spicy "Sweet Hickory Smoke" sauce and I must say "It's the best damn barbecue I've ever made"!!!

Shame on you two for creating such a habit forming substance. You should be reported to the authorities. My husband always wants High Sierra barbeque sauce on most of the meats I cook. All the other products like the meat rubs and seasoning are great also. Can even use them on chips. | I bought the Medium Rub and a bottle of Spicy Sauce at the TN State Flea market in October of 2011 (IIRC). The bottle of sauce went very quickly due to its' exceptional flavor. The rub has been a family favorite on everything from burgers to steaks and chicken.
The rub has been my personal favorite. Since I have little time to cook, let alone grill, I mix it with ketchup at a ratio of 1 part rub to 3 parts ketchup and it makes for one of the best dipping sauces for chicken that has ever graced my tongue.
I was elated when I noticed a web address on the shaker of rub to order more of your awesome sauces and rubs!!

I don't really care for BBQ sauce, but this stuff was AMAZING!!!!!! I loved it. I told my mom to buy some. Now, were cooking it with the little hot dogs, and eating it with the sauce and rub. | We're tiny, family owned, country cafe' 100 miles south of Indianapolis in Bucktown, IN. We're four years old; our customers are coal miners, hunters, fishermen and local retirees. Some of the greatest folks on earth. I originally used High Sierra Barbecue Sauce, with good success. It is truly the best I ever tasted. However,since pulled pork BBQ is only one item on my menu,I strayed away from your sauce thinking I'd save money. Big mistake. My barbecue sales waned. But I am back! And wiser. I'll never use any other sauce.

| I tried High Sierra sauce for the first time at the Cornbread Festival in South Pittsburgh, TN. It has become my & my daughter's favorite. I love bbq sauce so much I could almost drink it out of the bottle & always look for new ones to try. Some that I have liked in the past seemed to change once it was mass produced, so I hope that doesn't happen with this. Anyway, I LOVE this sauce & my daughter says that the bbq chicken I make with it is the best EVER & I agree! Thanks for making such a great sauce!

| My name is Peyton and I am 8 and my brother's name is Dylan and
he is 10. We are very picky eaters so our mom says and we have to go to the
the expo center every month to get our BBQ dipping sauce. Mom has wised up
and buys it now in the 1`/2 gallon as we love to dip it on all of our meats!
The only sauce Mom buys now and the owner is so friendy, she always treats

| The hot rub has some awesome flavor and is awesome on pork,
chicken and ribs. Don't let the name 'hot' scare you with this rub it is
pretty mild and sweet. I believe that there is some curry in their hot blend
that pushes the taste over the top. I also suggest the spicy sauce again
don't let the 'spicy' scare you this stuff is way better than anything you
can buy on the store shelf. I go to the Nashville flea market just for this
stuff. Would be great to see this in my local super market.

| A Sierra sales group are regulars at a hotel I manage in
Knoxville. I often joked with one of the salesman that he sold barbecue
sauce with no barbecue. Until he BLESSED me with a bottle of this MAGICAL
sauce. Fast Forward
Last Thursday I got off work late and decided to make my children chicken
nuggets to get them in bed on time. I offered them the MAGICAL sauce with
the nuggets and they literally demolished their food. The next day my
mischievous 1yr old Will begged for "SAUCE" all day. The following morning I
got got in the shower while all my children were asleep or so I thought. As
I stepped out of the shower I could hear Will saying SAUCE! SAUCE! Seconds
later I found my Willie in our mud room covered in MAGICAL SAUCE it was in
his hair and all over his clothing he was covered from head to toe not to
mention my walls, floors, and french doors were covered as well. I call it
MAGICAL because from the very moment my Willie (who never speaks) had a
taste he hasn't stopped asking for SAUCE! SAUCE!

| I did not know good BBQ sauce and rub until I tried High Sierra!
I will never eat another BBQ sauce again. I put it on everything- meatballs,
meatloaf, chicken, Lil' smokies, hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. The seasoning is
the perfect match for the sauce but is also the perfect way to add a little
flavor to any vegetable. I'm always looking for a way to add High Sierra to
my food, in fact, it should have a warning on the label saying "eating High
Sierra can result in a BBQ addiction"! I literally have a stock pile in my
basement because running out is NOT an option!

| I was going to have a cook out for friends and family, so I told
them we was going with barbecue pork. So a friend said oh you need to try
Sweet Baby Rays, I told them I was using High Sierra barbecue sauce. They
didnt seem to happy so I went and got that Sweet baby Rays and made two
different batches of shredded pork....at the the end of the night there was
no High Sierra barbecue left, BUT the Sweet baby Rays was still full. So
there is no better barbecue than High Sierra!!! Now that's all we use for
our cook outs!!!!

| I know these days people like to only let you know when they don’t like something or something goes wrong but I have to share this story. We have a BBQ team here in Southern Indiana who attends about 5 or 6 competitions a year and have done quite well over the past few years. What showed up was a ½ gallon of your Spicy Sauce that was purchased by one of the Dad’s who has been loving it for some time now. Once I tasted it, I said it’s going on the pulled pork without a doubt. We used it and won 1st place hands down and wasn’t even a team within 15 points of our total. I am now a future user of your sauce for competition and personal events. I look forward to trying your other products as well. If you want to ever do a sponsorship of our team we would love to promote your products or brand because you have earned several more fans and buyers after this weekend. We are not a full time BBQ team and only go to competitions in Southern Indiana and do it for Good Times and Good BBQ which you helped make great this weekend!

| My wife and I attended the Christmas show in Louisville December
8th and have been many times but had never stopped by the barbecue lady as
we called her. Met her for the first time and chatted with her for a bit.
One of the nicest person we had ever met. Gave us a few samples and from
there we where hooked. Used some spicy sauce on a pork roast I smoked and we
agreed was some of the best sauce we ever had. Thank you so much and we look

| My partner, Joey, and I compete on the KCBS BBQ professional
circuit and last season we used your hot rub in our chicken recipe for the
first time. We had been struggling with chicken for quite some time and
would never get a call past 15th place. On the comp that we used it we got
second place and missed first place by .012 pts! We have never looked back
and will use it this season to rack up some more awards in chicken. Thank

| I realize that taste is an individual thing, but this is the best BBQ sauce I have ever had.
If I did not taste the sample that he offered I would not have purchased 3 bottles of the sauce and 3 bottles of the rub.
But I did and immediately I knew this was different. Whenever I go to a restaurant now for BBQ I will take this sauce.
I am hoping to suggest this to the restaurants I will eat at hoping they will want to use it.

The gentlemen had me try a few things and OH LORD! I was hooked from there! We love the original,
